Dear Sheriff Hodapp,
This is John Peterson writing to thank you for a conversation we had today at my place of business.
Our conversation brought back some good memories of when I was in DARE class in elementary school where I grew up in Polk County. There, Sheriff Mark LeTexier has always been one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever spoken with. His friendliness was very welcoming and his acts of kindness towards others really made me feel safe and that I was talking to an ordinary good person. These traits showed in you Phil, and I greatly appreciate that. You gave me an impression of a good-hearted family oriented person and someone I could easily be myself around and share my humor with.
It was good to know, after talking with you today, that I could not only count on my sheriff to protect me and my friends, but count on him to be a good friend to have a good, fun and quality conversation with.
Thank you again Phil and Godspeed on your campaign to continue to be the Sheriff of Beltrami County.
